Villa Madera is a modern five-bedroom villa in Sabadeco, built in 2024 and beautifully positioned with panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea. With five spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a large infinity pool and generous indoor and outdoor living areas, the villa offers plenty of space for families and groups of friends to enjoy Bonaire together.
The sea is never far away at Villa Madera. From the terrace and pool, you look out across the Caribbean, while the coastline and beach are just a few steps from the villa. Spend the morning by the water, come home for a swim and stay outside as the sun begins to set. With so much space around you, it is easy to slow down and enjoy the privacy of this beautiful part of Bonaire.
The open kitchen and living area form the heart of Villa Madera. Modern, spacious and beautifully finished, this is where everyone can come together while still having plenty of room.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Miele appliances, including two dishwashers and a wine fridge. Whether you are preparing an easy breakfast before heading out for the day or cooking dinner together in the evening, everything you need is close at hand.
Large openings connect the living spaces with the terrace and garden, bringing the sea views and Bonaire’s outdoor lifestyle into the villa.

As the afternoon comes to an end, this is one of the best places to be. Pour a drink, find a comfortable spot by the pool and watch the sky change as the sun sets over the water.
The spacious outdoor dining area also makes it easy to spend the entire evening outside, enjoying dinner together in the warm Bonaire air.
For divers and snorkelers, Villa Madera is wonderfully located. The famous dive site Oil Slick Leap is just a stone’s throw away, giving you easy access to one of Bonaire’s best-known spots for exploring the underwater world.
Bonaire’s clear waters are home to colorful fish, sea turtles and an incredible variety of marine life, with many more dive and snorkel sites waiting to be discovered along the west coast.
Villa Madera is located at Barcadera in Sabadeco, approximately ten minutes by car from Kralendijk. You can enjoy the peace and privacy of the villa while restaurants, shops and the center of town remain within easy reach.
For a different side of Bonaire, Sorobon and Lac Bay are around 25 minutes away, making it easy to combine quiet days at the villa with windsurfing, beaches, diving and exploring the island.
