This house is right up against the water with a little private beach in the front. Very spacious with lots of comfortable furniture to overlook the sunsets at night. Eating breakfast out on the patio overlooking the Caribbean is off the charts.. I would definitely recommend this place.

What a magical place. From start to finish this property exceeded our expectations! We would often find ourselves wanting just to head back to the Villa because the snorkeling was the best on the island, the indoor/outdoor living set up was just superb, and we even preferred cooking in the fully stocked kitchen over eating out with 7 people! This was a beautiful property with excellent beach access. We snorkeled right in front of our villa and could swim to Bachelors Beach, where snorkel tours moor. The property itself is absolutely lovely. Aside from the four large bedrooms there is a nice combination of large and small seating areas, so you could always find a quiet spot or a place to join the group. The kitchen has everything you need. We even used the barbeque to grill the Wahoo that we caught on a fishing charter. The infinity pool is lovely and outdoor shower made it easy to rinse off the sand and salt before relaxing in the pool. We were lucky enough to have rainbows over the water several mornings, and the sound of the waves at night just lulled us to sleep. The property manager was incredibly helpful with shopping, car rental, and reservations. She was always available to help with any questions about the house or the island in general. Don’t hesitate to book Kas Popchi!
