The Villa The villa has been built using high-end building materials, Italian tiles, and a European kitchen. With a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, the villa is great for vacationing but definitely big enough to live in permanently.

The kitchen and living room have amazing views from every angle as the villa has sliding doors on three sides that can be opened completely, giving you an unrestricted view.

You step out on the terrace from the living room and kitchen. There you find a double outside shower, an infinity pool, and a separate jacuzzi. Bubble away while soaking up the sun and gazing into the sunset. A poolside palapa offers you a spot to get out of the sun, but still enjoy the villa and the views. The villa has a wrap-around porch.

The wall separating the garden from the street has been installed, and the sliding gate has been put in place. However, the garden and driveways are yet to be completed. Everything that has been finished shows attention to detail and professionalism.
