The beach villa and separate studio both have their own entrance. Upon entering the villa, you step into the spacious living room with clear views of the Caribbean Ocean. The kitchen is connected to the living room, overlooking an outdoor seating area and terrace.

A connected hallway leads you to the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The studio/office has a loft with room for a bed, its own bathroom, and a door that leads to the oceanfront terrace. The house is built on the side of the lot, allowing for a large tropical garden right on the ocean. There are two additional buildings. A working area with two containers for storage under a recently constructed large palapa, with a first floor that can be used as a yoga studio, art class location, or for any other group activity. The second building is a wooden structure built as a lounging area right on the ocean.

A few steps away, you can walk down to a small oceanfront terrace where you can place a sunbed and simply enjoy the beautiful views. Don’t worry about struggling to enter the water; this villa has a pier with sturdy metal swimming stairs, providing swimmers and divers the possibility to enter the ocean comfortably.

You even have the option to moor your boat in front of your house as there is an available mooring. Bonaire residents only.
