Pure 36 P30 is part of the second phase of Bona Bista Island Estate. 36 modern, minimalistic, luxury smart homes are built. Pure 36 P30 is a home of the future. You can find minimalistic designed living spaces with the latest smart and sustainable technologies implemented such as Philips Hue smart lights, alarms and locks. Furthermore, all the rooms are provided with speakers. All of this is controllable with apps The house is also built with sustainable and durable construction materials. This can be now your very own luxury smart home on Bonaire!

The large living room and open kitchen plan consist of a large cooking island with built-in equipment, a dining table and comfortable couch that gives you a view over the Kunuku in front of the house. The room opens up completely on three sides with electric rolling shutters. Outside the living area you find a swimming pool with again a stunning view over the green Kunuku.

Bedrooms

On both sides the kitchen you can find two large mahogany doors which leads you to the two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bathrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet and double washing table. There is a large walk-in closet that separates the two bedrooms from each other. There are sliding doors in the walk-in closet that can separate the two bedrooms or connect them to each other. Only one bedroom at the moment is equipped with air-conditioning but it is possible to add another air-conditioner to the other bedroom.

Pure 36 P30 is equipped with large mahogany doors and shutters, to fully enjoy the Bonairian breeze from every where you are in the house. The house has a large Sunny Boy solar installation which completely provides the house of energy. Furthermore the house has a 13.8kW BYD battery which supplies 220V. This environmentally-friendly combination ensures the house if completely off the grid! You can find the installation in a separate storage/laundry room of 18m2.

In front of the house you also find two parking spots. The neighborhood, pure 36, is only accessible through the electric community gate.
