On Terrace Sabadeco, you will find this exclusive, designer, very private mansion, located 50 meters above sea level. Brisa y Vista is built in 2012 in a desired top location with attention to every detail! The house is completely at ground level, a rarity in this hilly area.
Breathtaking panoramic views are guaranteed from both the house and the large deck. Views over the ocean, the hills in the north, the island’s capital Kralendijk and the offshore islet Klein Bonaire. You can even see the mountains of salt in the south! The house is ideally positioned to catch the cool east wind, a “must” on this beautiful island. Hence the name Brisa y Vista (Breeze and View) The Loras (local parrots, also known as Prikichi) fly around your home. In this villa you feel amidst nature every day!
The mansion’s design is based on three connecting units: – A centrally located unit with the main entrance, spacious living room, open kitchen, and a large covered deck – A side wing to the valley side with the hallway, the master bedroom with connecting bathroom – A second wing on the other side has two guest bedrooms (each with a private bathroom and a balcony), a kitchenette, and a laundry room. This side wing has a separate entrance and can be used completely independently. Thanks to this arrangement, it is a real comfortable home where everyone has space for their own needs. It is also a home for people who want their guests to completely appreciate this beautiful place. Furthermore, the home has a rinse tank for diving equipment, and an additional gazebo on the side. To complete your ultimate Caribbean experience you will find a rooftop deck for sunset cocktails.
The beautiful infinity pool with deck and gazebo is remarkable. The overflowing water creates the effect as if the pool merges seamlessly with the ocean. This pool is a magnesium swimming pool.
All kind of facilities are close to your vacation home. You can be at the beach with access to the sea, where you can go swimming, snorkeling, or diving within a few minutes. There is also the Sabadeco pier which is located right next to Villa Blossom! When staying at Brisa y Vista you get access to the pier through a key you receive at the beginning of your stay.
The marina and the city with all its facilities of public life are about 10 minutes drive away from your home. You only need about 15 minutes to the airport. Drive to the hilly north, and you reach the wonderful nature of the Washington Slagbaai National Park and the Goto Lake.

#Returning guests Returned for the 2nd successive year for 2 weeks and planning on making it a 3rd time in 2023. Need I say more. Quick and efficient check in, very responsive property manager and a great place to stay. Wish we were back in the pool

#10/10 Can't say enough good things. The property was even better than we could have anticipated. Tons of space for our multigenerational family to spread out and come together. The property management team really goes above and beyond. All their recommendations were perfect including a family photographer, car rentals, excellent dive shop. They even had food in the refrigerator when we arrived so we didn't need to rush to a grocery. I dont usually bother to write reviews but we had such a great experience that I want to share. Thank you!!
