Bellevue Penthouses are two penthouses next to each other located at the Bellevue complex in the populair area Belnem. The two penthouses are located at the beach and from the balcony you have a breathtaking view over the Caribbean sea.
The penthouses each offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms and have 170 m2/1830 ft2 surface. They are both decorated exactly the same and have a modern beach look. The penthouses are completely renovated and all furniture is new.

The penthouses have a large, fully equipped kitchen and living room. From here you walk onto the very spacious balcony, where you can have your breakfast in the morning or just relax on the comfortable lounge sofa with a glass of wine and a beautiful view.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and are also equipped with a fan and airconditioning.
One thing that makes these penthouses so unique is the sandy beach in front of the building. Because of the sandy beach you have easy to access the sea for a swim, snorkeling or diving.
With the penthouses comes a private parking space for your rental car and secure diving storage is available for all your diving gear.
