Villa Pelícano & Villa Gansa are unique beachfront villas, ideally located at the edge of Playa Lechi along the Caribbean Sea. Kralendijk, the island’s main town, is only a 10–15 minute walk away, offering charming restaurants, shops, and local activities.
The property consists of two separate, nearly identical villas, set within a lush tropical garden. This makes it perfect for families and groups who wish to stay together while still enjoying their own space and privacy. The villas can be rented individually or together, depending on the size of your group.
Each villa features three bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The rooms have screens and mosquito nets, and the bathrooms include spacious walk-in showers. Several bedrooms offer direct ocean views.
The kitchens are fully equipped, and picnic items and coolers are available for your convenience. Outside, you will find Green Egg barbecues that you are welcome to use. In the evening, the surrounding lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on the terrace and by the beach.
Life at Villa Pelícano & Villa Gansa is centered around outdoor living. Thanks to the constant trade winds, the climate is pleasant year-round. Both villas offer spacious shaded verandas, sun terraces with swimming pools, and comfortable lounge chairs.
From the private beach and pier, you can step directly into the clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Here you can snorkel or dive right off the shore at the well-known house reef, “Something Special.”
What truly makes this place special is the sense of peace, space, and privacy. During the day, you can enjoy the sun and the sea, and in the evening, breathtaking sunsets and a beautiful star-filled sky.
For added comfort, both villas are equipped with TV, Sonos sound systems, and Wi-Fi. There is also a security system, a safe, and both a Nespresso and Senseo coffee machine available.
