Kas Popchi is a spacious oceanfront vacation villa on the south side of Bonaire, accommodating up to eight guests. With four bedrooms and four ensuite bathrooms, a private pool, tropical garden and direct access to the Caribbean Sea, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends. There is plenty of space and privacy, while the villa still maintains a warm and inviting atmosphere.
As soon as you enter the garden, you get a true sense of what makes Kas Popchi special. The pool is right in front of you, surrounded by tropical greenery and palm trees, with the Caribbean Sea just beyond. The villa consists of two separate buildings on either side of the pool, giving everyone their own space while keeping the outdoor living areas at the heart of the villa.
On the right side of the pool is the main building, where you will find the living room, fully equipped open kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen features a cooking island, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The large windows between the living room, kitchen and veranda can be fully opened, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow naturally into one another. The Caribbean trade winds and ceiling fans provide a pleasant natural breeze throughout the living area. Under the covered veranda, there is a large dining table for eight. It is the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning, a long lunch in the shade or dinner together after a day exploring the island.
The master bedroom is located in the main building and features a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the pool is the second building. On the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the fourth, slightly smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom.
All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. With the bedrooms divided between two separate buildings, Kas Popchi offers extra privacy, making it a comfortable choice for families, several couples or a group of friends traveling together.
The outdoor spaces are where Kas Popchi truly comes into its own. Sun loungers surround the private pool, while the spacious tropical garden is filled with palm trees and lush greenery. In the evening, garden lighting creates a warm atmosphere, while during the day the surrounding greenery provides plenty of privacy. Right by the sea, a palapa with comfortable lounge seating offers a shaded place to relax with uninterrupted views over the water. At the end of the day, it is one of the best spots at the villa to watch the sun set over the Caribbean Sea.
One of the most special features of Kas Popchi is its own small beach and direct access to the sea. Depending on the tide and time of year, the beach becomes visible. From the garden, you can easily enter the water for a swim or snorkel, and it is also possible to dive directly from the villa.
For divers and watersports enthusiasts, there is a rinse tank and outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse your diving, snorkeling or watersports equipment after a day in the water.
Kas Popchi also offers Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, washer and dryer, BBQ, safe and private parking. Traveling with a little one? A baby crib can be arranged upon request. The villa is centrally located on the south side of Bonaire, with easy access to Kralendijk, several well-known diving and snorkeling spots and the watersports around Lac Bay and Sorobon.
Kas Popchi gives eight guests plenty of space without ever feeling too large or impersonal. Start the morning together around the breakfast table, walk straight from the garden into the Caribbean Sea, cool off in the pool and end the day under the palapa watching the sunset. It is exactly the kind of relaxed outdoor living that makes Bonaire so special.

The place is beautiful with great view. The communication was friendly and very helpful. You could snorkel and scuba dive at the rental. You'll spend a lot of time out on the patio because it's open and amazing. I love the island, people and the rental. Grilled the fish we caught at the house. Went diving as well. Our favorite island.

This was a beautiful property with excellent beach access. We snorkeled right in front of our villa and could swim to Bachelors Beach, where snorkel tours moor. The property itself is absolutely lovely. Aside from the four large bedrooms there is a nice combination of large and small seating areas, so you could always find a quiet spot or a place to join the group. The kitchen has everything you need. We even used the barbeque to grill the Wahoo that we caught on a fishing charter. The infinity pool is lovely and outdoor shower made it easy to rinse off the sand and salt before relaxing in the pool. We were lucky enough to have rainbows over the water several mornings, and the sound of the waves at night just lulled us to sleep. The property manager was incredibly helpful with shopping, car rental, and reservations. She was always available to help with any questions about the house or the island in general.
