This beautiful extraordinary villa is located in the popular area of Sabadeco. The name of the villa is Villa Tranquila and can be translated into many words… relaxing, peaceful, quiet, calm…. and that is exactly what Villa Tranquila is, a relaxing Caribbean getaway with plenty of privacy.

Villa Tranquila has a lot to offer: there is a gorgeous tropical garden, direct ocean access and a private pool which makes this the perfect property for family and friends. Don’t forget about the stunning ocean views!

Villa Tranquila’s comfortable layout

The first impression you get when you drive onto the driveway and park your car, a short staircase to the front door. When you walk into the villa you directly enter the living area with open plan kitchen which is fully equipped. When you look outside from this part of the villa you will have a beautiful view over the Caribbean Sea.

Attached to the living room is a gorgeous patio with relaxing sitting areas. Here you can have your breakfast with a view or dinner with a delicious glass of wine. The “Bonarian Breeze” flowing through will keep the experience pleasing. On the left side of the living room a television room has been installed. Here you can watch your favorite show on Netflix or Apple TV.

Untroubled sleeping

Villa Tranquila has 4 bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with an AC and double beds.

The first master bedroom is on the second floor next to the living area. There is an en-suite bathroom with two double sinks, shower and toilet. From the bedroom you can walk directly on to the patio where you can catch the first morning breeze.

The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. When you go downstairs you will find the second master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom on your right side and the other two bedrooms on the left side with a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms on the left side can be entered in two ways. From the inside you have to go through the first bedroom and bathroom but you can also enter the bedroom directly from the outside patio on the first floor.

When you walk on to the patio on the first floor you will reach the pool deck. Here you can lay all day in the Caribbean Sun, hang out in the lounge chairs and sun beds or dive into the swimming pool. In front of the swimming pool is an oceanfront gazebo where you can sit down with a cold drink and enjoy the comfortable shade. From the gazebo you’ll see the dive site “Barkadera” which is located right in front of the villa.
