LUXURY VILLA WITH PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS IN BONAIRE
Kas Ubuntu is a modern and inviting vacation villa in Sabadeco, located on the elevated Terrace with panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea. The villa accommodates up to six guests and features three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, a large swimming pool and a spacious terrace. It is a wonderful place for families, friends or couples looking to combine comfort with Bonaire’s relaxed outdoor lifestyle.
Upon arrival, you walk up the stairs to the villa and enter through the door on your right. Once inside, the villa opens up towards the Caribbean Sea. To the right is the open kitchen, where large windows bring the beautiful views into the living space. The living room connects directly to the kitchen, together forming the central living area of the villa.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a cooking island, dishwasher and everything you need during your stay. The large sliding windows can be opened completely, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow naturally into one another. Whether you are cooking, having breakfast or enjoying a drink together, the natural breeze and views towards the sea are always close by. The entire villa is air-conditioned, including the living room and kitchen. On warmer days, you can enjoy the comfort of the air conditioning, while at other times you can open everything up and let the fresh island breeze flow through the villa.
Directly outside, under the covered veranda, you will find a dining table for six. It is a lovely place to start the day with breakfast, enjoy a long lunch or have dinner together with the Caribbean Sea in the background.
Kas Ubuntu features three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the left side of the villa, while the other two are on the right.
The bedrooms offer views towards the Caribbean Sea, and the large doors provide easy access to the veranda and pool terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. With three equally comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the layout works just as well for a family as it does for three couples or a group of friends.
A large part of life at Kas Ubuntu is spent outdoors. The swimming pool sits at the heart of the spacious terrace, surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy the Bonaire sunshine. There is also a comfortable, shaded lounge area where you can relax out of the sun during the day.
Thanks to its elevated location on Terrace, the villa offers beautiful panoramic views across the surrounding area and the Caribbean Sea. At the end of the day, the terrace is a wonderful place to sit together and watch the sun slowly set towards the sea. The outdoor dining table is located under the covered veranda, and there is also a gas BBQ. After a day exploring the island, you can simply stay at the villa, put something on the grill and spend the evening outside.
Kas Ubuntu is also well equipped for divers and snorkelers. On the property, you will find a rinse tank, outdoor shower and a dedicated area where you can rinse, hang and dry your dive equipment. The spacious driveway allows you to drive your car or pick-up right up to the rinse area, making things especially convenient when returning from a day of diving with all your gear.
The villa’s location in Sabadeco also makes it easy to explore Bonaire’s west coast. The well-known dive and snorkel sites Andrea I and Andrea II are nearby, while many other dive sites, beaches and Kralendijk are also within easy reach.
Kas Ubuntu also offers Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, washer and dryer, dishwasher, safe, gas BBQ and plenty of parking space on the property. Traveling with a little one? A baby crib can be arranged upon request. The villa itself is entirely on one level. Please keep in mind that there are stairs leading from the parking area up to the villa.
Kas Ubuntu is a place where it is easy to settle into the rhythm of Bonaire. Open the windows in the morning, enjoy breakfast outside with views over the sea, head out to explore the island and cool off in the pool when you return. With three comfortable bedrooms and welcoming shared living spaces, there is plenty of room for six guests while the villa still feels warm and inviting.
