Kas Vierkant is a unique oceanfront villa at Punt Vierkant, on the southwest coast of Bonaire. Designed by Piet Boon, the villa combines his signature clean-lined style with natural materials, robust details and Bonaire’s relaxed outdoor lifestyle. With four spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, the villa accommodates up to eight guests.
The spacious grounds, large garden and location directly on the Caribbean Sea give Kas Vierkant a wonderful sense of openness. From the garden, a ladder provides direct access to the clear water for swimming or snorkeling, while the upper floor offers beautiful views over the sea and Klein Bonaire.
Upon entering the villa, you step into a long hallway that leads all the way to the back of the house. At the end, doors open onto the garden with the Caribbean Sea directly ahead. On the left, just before the garden, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. A second hallway leads to two more bedrooms, both with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and sea views.
The fourth bedroom is designed as a spacious studio. It also features a king-size bed and private bathroom, as well as a small kitchen. Glass sliding doors on the side provide the studio with its own access to the outdoors, making it a great option for guests who appreciate a little extra space of their own while staying together as a group. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. On the ground floor, you will also find a separate guest toilet and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
At the end of the second hallway, stairs lead to the upper floor, where the main shared spaces of Kas Vierkant are located. Rather than a traditional living room, this floor is all about cooking, dining and enjoying life outdoors. At the top of the stairs, you first arrive at the large dining table. To the right, large doors open onto the spacious covered veranda, while a separate workspace is located to the left.
Continue through to the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. The kitchen is air-conditioned and features large glass doors that once again connect the indoor space with the outdoor terrace. Next to the kitchen is a second dining area that can be opened completely to let the trade winds flow through. On warmer days, it can also be closed and air-conditioned. This gives you the freedom to choose between dining indoors or enjoying an almost completely open-air setting.
The upper floor opens onto a very spacious veranda with several areas for sitting back and relaxing. Comfortable sofas and loungers provide plenty of places to unwind, while the elevated position offers wide views across the Caribbean Sea and Klein Bonaire.
This may well be the place that makes Kas Vierkant most special. During the day, you can look out over the blue water, and towards the end of the afternoon, watch the sun slowly set on the horizon. There is plenty of room for eight guests to spend time together, while still offering different spots to relax on your own.
Outdoor living also takes center stage on the ground floor. Between the villa and the coastline is the long swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and the spacious tropical garden. From almost anywhere in the garden, you can enjoy views over the Caribbean Sea.
Closer to the water, a comfortable lounge area sits beneath a palapa, offering a shaded place to relax right by the sea. There are also two spacious outdoor showers. From the garden, you can walk all the way to the water’s edge, where a ladder gives you direct access to the Caribbean Sea for swimming or snorkeling. For divers, being able to enter the water directly from the property is another great advantage.

Kas Vierkant is located at Punt Vierkant, a quiet coastal street with little through traffic. Despite its peaceful setting, many of Bonaire’s highlights are within easy reach. Kralendijk, with its restaurants, shops and terraces, is approximately a ten-minute drive away. Sorobon and Lac Cai on the east coast, as well as Kite Beach at Atlantis, are also easily accessible. The villa also offers Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer, safe, BBQ and plenty of parking space on the property. A baby crib can be arranged upon request.

Please note that the outdoor area on the upper floor is less suitable for young children due to the low railing. Daily electricity consumption is included up to a set maximum number of kWh.
