Welcome to our beautiful seaside holiday home, located on the peaceful side of the island. The house offers comfortable and stylish accommodation with flexible rental options based on the number of bedrooms you wish to use.
• 1 bedroom (1–2 guests): USD 5,300
• 2 bedrooms (3–4 guests): USD 5,600
• 3 bedrooms (5–6 guests): USD 5,900
Prices include final cleaning, a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bed linen and towels), and personal service from our own housekeeping team and home manager. There are no extra service fees or charges.
Each bedroom features a personal safe, fan, and air conditioning. The living area does not have air conditioning, but the constant sea breeze keeps it cool and comfortable. Our property stretches all the way to the sea. Direct access to the water is not yet available from our grounds, but just a few meters away, you can easily enter the sea via a neighboring property or at Andrea’s.
Rental prices are based on the number of bedrooms used. For example, three guests who each want their own room will book at the 3-bedroom rate. With its excellent location, fresh and well-maintained interior, and all services included, this house is the perfect base for a relaxing and worry-free holiday.
